Winter Jackets for the Homeless
Preparing for winter, Order of Malta Mobile Ministries (https://maltamobileministries.org/partnered) partnered with local nonprofit Transforming A Life (https://www.facebook.com/TransformingALife) to take delivery of cold-weather jackets for the homeless. LA Region members and volunteers recently distributed almost 200 jackets to homeless guests attending breakfast at St. Francis Center in downtown Los Angeles (https://www.stfranciscenterla.org/ ). “The Order is grateful to work with Transforming A Life and St. Francis Center to serve the homeless”, said Mobile Ministries president Tim Shannon, KM.
